Born in Bolgheri,
raised in New York.
It began with two childhood friends from Bolgheri, a small New York apartment, and bottles of estate olive oil hand-labelled one by one. That obsession with origin never left.
Today Sogno Toscano is a vertically integrated, single-brand house: our fields, our mills, our trucks, our tables. Every item carries the same mark and the same promise.
Liquid gold,

Everything started with the oil. Cold-extracted on the estate within hours of harvest, lab-tested and chef-tasted, then bottled under our seal, never anyone else’s.
It is the first product we ever signed, and still the standard every new one has to meet.
