On historic Perry Street, our West Village home gathers three Italian rituals under one roof. An espresso bar that runs from open to close. A market of single-brand provisions: oil, pasta, truffle and more. A wine bar pouring Italian labels by the glass, with boards of cheese and salumi, and sommelier-led tastings for the curious.
It is a small stage, and that is the point. You step in for a coffee and stay for the ritual.
